Nothing to Launch Its First-Ever Store in London

Arriving before Christmas.

With the Nothing Ear (1) released just over a year ago and the Nothing Phone (1) debuting recently in July, Nothing is now prepping its third offering, the $99 USD Nothing Ear (stick) set to launch on November 4. Around the same time as the latest release, Nothing is set to launch its first physical retail location on 4 Peter Street in London’s Soho neighborhood — down the road from stores such as Supreme. Arriving sometime before Christmas, the store is said to be designed as a boutique rather than a typical tech store, inspired by the iconic Olivetti stores in Italy and part of founder Carl Pei‘s vision of establishing a futuristic, fashion-forward consumer tech brand.

“Opening our first store in the UK is a huge milestone for Nothing. Following the successful launch of Ear (1) and Phone (1), it’s the perfect time to shake things up again and offer our community a space where they can engage with each other and our products. To do this in our home market, in the heart of Soho — the home of innovative design — makes perfect sense,” said Nothing GM Ryan Latham in a press release.

Mimicking the strategy of footwear drops, the first visitors to the stores will have a chance to buy 100 serialized Ear (stick)s, receive free merch including T-shirts and sweaters, and purchase all three items from the Nothing product lineup. Stay tuned for more details regarding exact dates and store designs soon.
